Our refund policy is as follows:

100% Refund through December 31, 2025
75% Refund January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026
50% Refund April 1, 2026 - July 4, 2026
0% Refund after July 5, 2026 **

**In the interest of maintaining a healthful Con environment, GCLS will refund 85% of your ticket cost should you test positive for COVID or flu on or after July 22, 2026. Proof of positive test will be required for this refund exception.
