Our refund policy is as follows:

**In the interest of maintaining a healthful Con environment, GCLS will refund 85% of your ticket cost should you test positive for COVID or flu on or after July 22, 2026. Proof of positive test will be required for this refund exception.

Vendor tables are now available for the 2026 GCLS Annual Conference in Orlando, and we’d love to have you join us! Our vendor room is a lively, high-traffic space open to both conference attendees and the public, featuring author spotlights and hosted lunches that draw a steady flow of visitors throughout the event. Whether you’re showcasing books, services, crafts, or literary merchandise, this is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with an engaged and enthusiastic sapphic reading community. Tables are limited and tend to fill quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early and be part of the energy of GCLS 2026!

Vendor passes are included with the purchase of your vendor table and allow up to two people per table to staff your space in the vendor room.

Please note that vendor passes do not include meals or access to conference programming such as panels, keynote events, master classes, presentations, the Goldie Awards ceremony, or evening events. If you would like to attend those activities, you are welcome to purchase a conference registration in addition to your vendor table.
