The GCLS Writing Academy offers Instruction by a team of educators and published authors with higher education experience, a body of work, and a passion for leading others on their journey to becoming the sapphic writer or author they dream to be. We accomplish this through introductory and advanced skills classes and the knowledge to promote and market their published novels.

The academy is honored to boast of the many award-winning, highly regarded, and well-known instructors who generously give us their time and expertise toward supporting and advancing the visibility and quality of sapphic literature. Several are Writing Academy graduates who have gone on to become successful and award-winning authors themselves. Recent guest instructors include Melissa Brayden, Lynn Ames, Radclyffe, Lynette Beers, Karin Kallmaker, Rey Spangler, Rita Potter, and Ann Aptaker, among many, many more.
