Our 2023 Annual Conference will be in Denver, Colorado and we have a whole host of sponsorship options available. With over 300 attendees and an extensive, worldwide, social media presence, you will be able to reach a wide sapphic literature audience.

Master classes are two-hour deep-dive educational sessions taught by experts covering craft, marketing, publishing specifics, and diversity & inclusion practices. 

Workshops are one-hour hands-on sessions designed to work on a project: a flash story, a review, a blurb, a plot, a character sketch, or another aspect of sapphic literature.

Presentations are one-hour sessions dedicated to a specific topic, from taxes to goal-setting, to specific marketing topics. 

Our panels are for everyone and allow our content experts to share their personal opinions and professional skills.

Author readings are a great way for fans to see their favorite authors in action as well as an opportunity to discover new favorites.

This year, we have the ability to run a slideshow in the Vendor Room of our conference area and also before the Awards Ceremony during the dinner reception and seating. Please send completed artwork to by June 20, 2023

Each full day of the conference will include a snack break, an opportunity for attendees to take a break and socialize in between our packed schedule of master classes, workshops, presentations, panels, and author spotlights. Multiple sponsorship opportunities are available per snack break.

Be the toast of the town by sponsoring our welcome reception! Taking place on Wednesday night, and directly following our Writing Academy Graduation, it will be the first evening event of the conference and the time when old friends and new get to gather in person.

Our conference bag is handed to every single attendee at our annual conference, so you can get your message in front of over 300 sapphic literature fans in an innovative way by including a promotional insert.

We can add small promotional items such as bookmarks, pens, small pads of paper or similar to our conference bags for the low price of $30.
